I left feeling so much less anxious about my daughters eventually using social media and empowered with practical, effective tools. Here are some key takeaways:

    •    Parents can now set daily time limits, enable sleep mode, and use the new Explore Page Reset feature for added control.

    •    The Meta Family Center provides a variety of tools and resources to help parents navigate the digital world, enabling families to create a positive and supportive online environment together.
