One Fine Stay Paris, sharing our parisian vibes black and white flat

Just when I thought going to Paris was in itself the best bucket list trip, One Fine Stay came along and took it to a whole other Parisian vibes level! As our taxi glided through the picturesque streets of the 16th arrodissement I couldn’t help but feel giddy with excitement. This neighborhood just screamed ‘classic Paris’ and I immediately started planning our shooting spots with every turn.
We were greeted at the door by the sweetest duo who would show us up to our chic accommodations for the next three nights. The minute we got into the elevator, I knew this stay would indeed be very fine. The architecture is by far what blew me away the most about Paris. Every building seems to hum with history and attention to the smaller detail. It makes you feel so young in a way and so small, against its rich history. This building was no different.
We walked the red carpet (really) to the grand double doors of the flat and when the doors opened I swooned. It looked even bigger and brighter in person and gave me chills. “I’m in Paris! Now I’m REALLY in Paris!” I thought to myself.

My one ask, when we were looking at options was a balcony. I have fallen in love with countless Pinterest and Instagram images of chic bloggers lounging on Parisian balconies with views of the Eiffel tower, enjoying their picture-perfect breakfasts. Even though it’s winter and beyond cold, I wanted to have my morning coffee with a view! And boy did we.

The hardest part turned out to be, not just staying in the whole time. We were determined to see as much of Paris as possible, but Eric did surprise me with an amazing afternoon of champagne and charcuterie he picked up at a nearby market.

I have to say, after staying my first 5 nights of the trip in two different hotels, there is something so magical about staying at a flat, especially an incredibly chic one, that makes you feel like you are actually living in the city you are visiting. To me, that feeling is truly priceless.

I can’t wait for our next adventure, but for now I’ll just keep watching my first YouTube video, which my dear friend Sohail Mamdani produced, after trying to convince me for the past two years to start a YouTube channel. Better late than never! J  I am so excited to start adding video content to my blog and be able to share so much more with you guys through this medium. This video project was so much fun to collaborate on and I can’t wait for our next one. (drone alert!) Until then, au revoir!

A special thanks to One Fine Stay for partnering on this post and Sohail Mamdani for video editing and production.
