As he sees my outfit, my rock star photographer aka my dad excitedly says ‘ah I know the perfect place to shoot that would match those pants!’ This literally makes my day! Shooting my blog content with my dad is one of the things that makes this outlet so special and fun for me. It is our weekly quality time to be creative together, to laugh, to share ideas and to grab a coffee at the end and talk about life.
As long as I can remember my dad always seemed to have a camera in his hand and it feels natural that his love of photography would carry over to me. I am so thankful to have found this special thing that we can share together, and it is something I want to continue with my girls. Whatever their interests grow to be, I want to be there to share them. To collaborate, laugh and make them feel special…..just like I feel during every shoot. Thanks dad.
