It’s always an adventure raising two girls that are as different as night and day. While Grace is my cautious to the max gal and is always worried about everything, Charlie is a complete daredevil. No fear in this girl! We recently got both of them little skate boards which really put my mom anxiety to the test. It’s always so hard to manage between letting them explore new things and sitting there biting your nails, as you watch them roll past you on a skate board while you think, “but you’re my little baby! How can you be on a skate board already?!”
One thing I’ve always promised myself though is that I will never be the mom who says ‘no’ just because it’s easier to keep them in a little bubble. Charlie is always getting little scrapes and bruises, and ‘boo boos’ and I’m right there every time with a kiss and some PROcure Hydrocortisone Cream to help make it all better. Little miss Charlie wants to have a skateboarder themed party for her 5thBirthday in February, (I feel like her 4th Birthday was just yesterday!!)so I guess I better get extra PROcure ready haha! Love my litte dare devil.
