I saw this amazing fringe Topshop dress by Kate Moss at their Manhattan store and immediately fell in love. All I wanted to do was put it on and shimmy, making that gorgeous sparkle fly all around me. Even though it’s on sale for over half off, I didn’t end up purchasing this gem. If you’ve read my last fashion diary, you know that I’m trying to work on my buying habits, and wish as I might, I just don’t have an occasion for which this stunner would see the light of day any time soon. Sigh. But if I wasn’t going to get a chance to wear it, it might as well go on my Covet list and get a whole outfit built around it. Hope you like this extra sparkly party look……and that maybe you might have an occasion for which to purchase this little number.
