If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I love any excuse to create visual art for my photoshoots. In fact, my absolute favorite part of blogging is being able to tell a story through photos and take my readers on a little journey with me. From little details like nail color and accessories to the big picture planning, and putting everything together, I just love it all. So, I get so excited when there is an opportunity to dive in and go all out. Enter Pantene and their new Pantene Nutrient Blends Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum collection. This new collection intrigued me right away because it singlehandedly addresses most of my hair challenges, especially as seasons change. My hair is fine and tends to be on the dry side, so I try to be really diligent with doing my homework on what exactly goes into the products I use, thus sticking with Pantene for as long as I have. Their global team of scientists ensure that all of the ingredients used are nutrient-rich, with no sulfates, silicone, parabens, dyes or oils. Now a bit about the new Hydrating Glow with Baobab Essence and why it was a standout for me. (listen up my fellow dry hair gals!) Baobab has hydrating properties and its essence has been used by women in Tanzania for all sorts of things like treating skin issues, protecting hair and skin from the sun and elongating curls, for centuries. My feedback after trying the shampoo, conditioner and hydrating glow serum: favorite part is that it did not weigh my hair down at all. When letting my hair air dry, I noticed an improvement in sleekness (which I usually don’t see unless I blow dry) and most of all, I did feel that my hair was more hydrated.
