Bonjour, from the chicest brunch café in San Francisco! What better way to start the weekend off right then with some fabulous provisions in this quant yet glamorous bakery. Like most Insta worthy places, I first discovered Le Marais Bakery on Instagram, when my fellow SF blogger gals started going there in droves. And who can blame them, the “Bonjour” floor tile alone is worth making a trip! But what makes this place a true SF gem is the food itself, and the amazing staff. A range of savory to sweet, with a touch of whimsy, there is something for everyone, picky toddlers included! It is tucked in a residential neighborhood and gives a feeling that you are in your own little world. Free to enjoy all the macarons and amazing lattes, for as long as you wish. I brought my favorite brunch partner and photographer, who also happens to be my dad, along to take some photographs and then enjoy some quality time together.
Places like this remind me that sometimes you just have to stop for a minute and enjoy the moment. Like a wonderful conversation with your dad, who gets just as excited about a good macaron shot as you do. And what can be better than that?
