A note on taking action…
I’ve had a hard time in the past days figuring out how to make the choice to show up and have hope, over wanting to hide away from the world and the darkness that is overwhelming it right now. My natural inclination as an introvert is to want to unplug and turn it all off, but the mother in me is demanding I take action. When tragedies like these occur, this influencer job feels ever more frivolous and needless, but it is also a job that allows one to have a choice to help make real change. Maybe not a single voice, but a ripple, that may just become a big wave. So, where can I start? By using my dollars to help do the work.

NORDSTROM Half Yearly Sale – up to 60% off, through June 5th. I usually do a lot of digging in a “high to low” sort mode for this sale. I feel like a lot of influences share go-to things like tees and blankets etc but you’d be surprised how many amazing designer gems are hiding at 40% off or more.
