Today is such an exciting and long-awaited day for me! I’ve been working on this design project behind the scenes with Victoria Emerson since November, and SO happy to finally reveal my two-piece necklace collection with you guys today! These designs were such a labor of love from my initial sketches to the final designs, and I truly feel like these pieces are the perfect versatile addition to your closet.
My inspiration and main objective was to create something that was truly lacking, at least in my own closet! I am a big fan of layering dainty necklaces together, but with piling on the layers come those annoying little tangles and pieces being out of place. I wanted something that you can just throw on as you’re heading out the door, and feel like you’ve really completed your look! The famous layered cuffs that is the Victoria Emerson signature were a big inspiration, and I thought “why isn’t there a necklace version of these?!” The GRACE necklace is a piece for all my minimalist girls, who still want some sparkle in their life. I envision it styled with everything from your favorite jeans and white tee, to a chic cocktail dress. The CHARLOTTE, named after my more “extra” daughter, delivers a bit more of a statement. You know I can’t help gravitating toward the “more is more” vibe, so this one is for my “extra” girls! And if you’re “always more please!” all the way, layering these two necklaces together creates the ultimate statement, while still giving you a clean, chic feel.
