Fall is my favorite season to style for and today I am sharing my favorite 4 fall fashion must haves. One of my go-to places to shop lately has been Stage, and with their countless options for any fall trend it’s a one stop shop for all fall favorites. But let’s get specific!
Fall Fashion Must Haves:
Fall Colors – My favorite color palette this fall has been mixed neutral tones. Light browns with grey as I’ve styled in this look, as well as ivory and coffee hues. I’m sure you’ve noticed some major brands putting out some amazing neutral pieces as their key items, but you can find these key hues for fall at any price point. I am loving THIS sweater and THESE booties and you can mix and match them with so many items already in your closet.
The Chunky Sweater – I am a huge fan of this trend and have amassed quite the collection of chunky sweaters. This is such a popular trend because it mixes our two favorite things: comfort and fashion. I also love that you can mix a chunky sweater with everything from denim to a silk skirt to well, leggings!
- The Bootie – this is your best friend if you want to have the perfect mix of chic and comfy for work. I love booties because it’s the perfect choice to combat colder weather while still not having to commit to a usually less comfortable tall boot option or having to stick to your go-to flats. I love pairing booties with jeans but lately have been loving wearing them with skirts as well.
Leopard Print – well you saw this one coming! And if you didn’t, please come out from under your rock and grab yourself one of the items below, because this trend has taken over this fall season and everyone is 100% in!
While not every trend is for everyone, I love the above fall trends because there is truly something for everyone and it is not too crazy for the gals that don’t want to get too ‘extra’. A retailer like Stage is the perfect place to test out trends you may not be too sure are right for you, because of their affordable price point across the board! Your paragraph on leopard cracked me up! I enjoy leopard print here and there. Years ago someone gave me a patterned phone case, so everyone around me saw me using it and somehow assumed that I was The Leopard Print Lady. Now people give me all kinds of leopard print stuff, assuming that I am 200% on board with a 100% leopard print wardrobe. I like it, but I’m not a fanatic. It really snowballed! Hahaha. Love the fall for boots and chunky sweaters! I don’t get to wear them much since I work in athletics and most of my life is sweats but when I get a chance or reason to dress up in the fall, that is what I am in!!
